These Terms of Service govern your use of PickaTime, a scheduling app operated by Lucius Liu from Taiwan. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
PickaTime helps small groups compare busy intervals and find shared free time. The app may change, improve, or remove features over time.
PickaTime may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions such as Plus or Pro. Subscription pricing, billing period, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
If you subscribe, payment is charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the app to harass, spam, or harm other people.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account you use to sign in. You may stop using PickaTime at any time, and you may delete your PickaTime account from inside the app.
The PickaTime app, branding, and original software are owned by the operator except where third-party rights apply. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service.
PickaTime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account and removing the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickaTime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Taipei, Taiwan will have jurisdiction except where local law requires otherwise.
